I would LOVE to know how you make syrup. I was pretty surprised to see that it is clear...I thought it was brown. I guess that has something to do with the cooking. All I can picture is Little House On The Prarie standing around cooking it in a big kettle over a fire in the woods...

ReplyDeleteWe just wrapped up the 2009 Sugar season. This tradition has been in our family for 4 generations. This year my boys got to join the game, my Dad was so excited to see all the Grandkids running from tree to tree.
