I decided to switch things up a bit now that I've run out of winter hats to put on Elsa for her weekly basket photos. This week I used a blanket that was lovingly made by her great aunt Helen. I'm also running out of different diaper covers/diapers for her to wear. She turned five months old today so it was bound to happen some day right?
Besides I didn't want to cover what's changed the most for her this week and that's her hair. You can actually see hair on her head now! The super soft fuzz is slowly but surely growing out. The bald spot on the back of her head is filling in. Will there be curls someday? We're only 4 weeks away from when we discovered them on JoJo.
So what's new for week 21? This new way of holding her feet for one thing. The other thing I want to remember about this age is her affinity for lunging forward (mouth wide open) for a huge snuggle. I have to be careful that we don't knock heads. She's certainly not careful! She practically tackles me as she buries her head in my shoulder.
It's a.d.o.r.a.b.l.e
and so is she!
