Photo Mosaic



Pixable has a great deal going on right now for a photo mosaic. I ordered a 11x17 print for under $6 (including shipping)! Thanks Carrie from Pocket Your Dollars for pointing out this great deal! (go to her site and search "pixable" for the code)

This was a perfect way to use 100 photos from all of our visits to the arboretum over the years. Every single picture in the mosaic was taken at some point in the past three years we've been taking spring portraits by the crab apple trees. I think making a mosaic from a bunch of vacation photos would be fun too, but we never go on vacation so that won't work for us - but maybe for you? Let me know if you make a mosaic - I'd love to see it!

    I'd totally love to do this...someday!

    I have this goal...to get some of these sorts of things done and ready just to plug in all the great coupon codes that come available...photo books, etc -
    I'm never ready and NEVER have enough time!!

My Birthday Wish

Today is my 33rd birthday. So far I've celebrated by cleaning the kitchen, vacuuming, and washing clothes. My birthday happened to fall on a Monday - the day we set a few hours aside for me to do some of the cleaning that I just don't have time for during the work week. I love it. I get that immediate sense of accomplishment. I see results. I finished a task. Oh how that makes my heart happy!!!!! In my line of work it can be months before I can check a project off my list. All the while it nags at me and weighing me down like a ton of bricks that projects are waiting for me. Don't get me wrong, I love love love my job, but I also love that instant gratification that comes with checking something off my list.
